Bio Spark version FINAL by Di Gi Jared (whipped@mistrust.com)

This is the completed final version of Bio Spark.  It has been over THREE
YEARS since the last released version of Bio Spark, and I've made a ton of
changes since then.  Hopefully you'll find Bio Spark to be a more
interesting character this time, as I've concentrated on making his play
style move balanced and deep.  If you happen upon any bugs or infinites, or
just have any general comments for me, don't hesitate to drop me a line at
whipped@mistrust.com.  If anyone finds any substantial problems with Bio
Spark's gameplay, I'll release an update patch.  Otherwise, please enjoy the
final version of Bio Spark and look forward to my new characters and stages!
